Step 1/Step 2 CK Testing Region Change = $65 per region change

Step 1/Step 2 CK Rescheduling Fee = $0 – $569 (depending on exam, testing region, and date of cancellation)

Step 2 CS Rescheduling Fee = $0 – $1,275 (depending on date of cancellation)

Score Recheck (Step 1/Step 2 CK/Step 2 CS) = $80 per exam

 

ECFMG

ECFMG Services

ERAS Token = $105

Application for ECFMG Certification = $65

Application for J-1 Sponsorship = $285 + $180 to the Dept. of Homeland Security

 

USMLE Exam

USMLE Transcript (Paper Copy) = $65 per request (up to 10)

USMLE Transcript (Electronic) = $80 (per ERAS season)

 

AAMC/ERAS

Programs Per Specialty

Up to 10 = $99

11 – 20 = $12 each

21 – 30 = $16 each

31 or more = $26 each

For example, in one specialty:

100 programs = $2,199

200 programs = $4,799

 

NRMP®

Registration Fee =  $70 (first 20 programs on primary rank list)

Late Fee =  $50 (after Nov. 30)

Couples = $15 additional per partner

Additional Programs = $30 per program
